Processing Time

In stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Most "Custom made for you" pieces are estimated to require 1-2 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

If your order is a rush, please email wehearyou@spiritualgloss.com or text 646-899- 4768 and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Spiritual Gloss due to several failed delivery attempts).

  • UPS / FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • UPS /FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • UPS FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

Return & Warranty Policy

RETURN POLICY

This ring is a Bespoke Made-to-Measure fine jewelry piece, crafted exclusively for you. It is FINAL SALE — non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If your ring does not fit, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it for a complimentary resizing. The ring must be in its original, unworn condition to qualify.
Once resized or customized, the piece becomes final sale.

3-YEAR WARRANTY

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Spiritual Gloss piece. We offer a complimentary 3-year warranty on all Bespoke rings, covering any manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds, loose prongs, or missing pavé stones.

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered.

If you experience any issues with your ring within three years of purchase, please contact Customer Care for guidance on how to proceed with your repair.

Please note that any work performed by a third party will void this warranty.
