While both are stunning, many of our clients (including Lou) prefer the7ct upgrade for its substantial presence and "unreal" sparkle when stacked with other luxury timepieces or bangles.

- How long will it take to process my order? In-stock items are processed within 1 business day. Most "Custom made for you" pieces are handcrafted for you and typically require 1 week for production. Since each piece is unique, please refer to the specific production time listed on the product page description.
- Can I request a rush order? If you need your piece for a specific date, please email us at wehearyou@spiritualgloss.com, and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that selecting an expedited shipping method does not speed up the initial production time of your jewelry.
- How is my jewelry shipped and secured? Once your piece is complete, we will email you with your tracking information. To ensure the security of your high-value investment, all jewelry requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for costs associated with packages returned due to failed delivery attempts. - What are your average shipping times?
