Processing Time

In stock items will be processed within 1 business days. Most "Custom made for you" pieces are estimated to require 1 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

If your order is a rush, please email wehearyou@spiritualgloss.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Spiritual Gloss due to several failed delivery attempts).

Average shipping times: Please note that our processing times still apply. 

  • UPS / FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • UPS /FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • UPS FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*
